At RemoteOZ, you can always return the product back for refund within 45 days if your device doesn’t work with the remote controls, or if you have changed your mind(Postage refund exlcuded for change of mind return/IR compatibility reason). Please contact us at sales@remoteoz.com for your return.
Warranty Claim
At RemoteOZ, we provide 1-Year warranty for all remote controls, if product failed during this period, we will provide you with new replacement unit for free(a basic postage will be charged for new shipment). Please contact us at sales@remoteoz.com for your warranty claim.
Wrong model Swap/Exchange Service
If in case you have ordered wrong model for your appliance, and we happened to have the correct remote model, then we can swap you with the correct remote model (a basic postage will be charged for new shipment). Please contact us at sales@remoteoz.com for the product Exchange/Swap.
