I have recently bought an LG QNED70B 43 inch tv which uses one of the new pointer type remotes. Unfortunately my wife finds the remote impossible to operate. I was told by the sales person that an alternative remote was available showing numerals and other buttons similar to our old Sony remote. Is this correct and do you have one which will be compatible with our new tv? I tried entering the remote model in your search enquiry but with no luck. The code on the remote is AKB30086807, Model MR26GA 2026. There is a second entry R-C-LGE-MR26GA.
I do not require a remote with all the features, just one simple to use with a numeral pad included. Am I searching for something which doesn’t exist? Thank you for your help.
